Are you accountable?
Accountability is the most feminine act there is. It says: I trust myself enough to look at what I did and not fall apart.
Women are taught to either over-apologize for everything or refuse to be wrong about anything. Both are ways of avoiding the middle — the clean, adult act of owning your part.
Accountability is not self-flagellation. It is not the spiral where you decide you are the problem in every situation and then punish yourself back into likability.
It is the quiet sentence: here is where I was unclear, here is where I was reactive, here is what I will do differently. Full stop. No collapse. No performance.
You cannot build feminine energy on a foundation of blame — of him, of your mother, of the world. Softness requires safety, and safety requires that you can trust yourself to tell the truth about your own behavior.
