Your words stay between us
Effective January 1, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how the Feminine Reinvention Strategist ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information you provide through this website and related coaching services.
Strictly Confidential
Nothing you share in a 1:1 conversation or reflection is repeated, resold, or discussed outside our sessions.
Only What You Choose
You decide what to share. Names, cities, and identifying details are never required to begin the work.
No Public Testimonials
Your story is not used as marketing. Testimonials are only shared with your explicit written permission.
1. Information We Collect
Only the information you choose to share: your first name and email when you request a resource or submit the Femininity Survey; your phone number if you check the box to be contacted by call or text; your city or preferred appointment times when you book a session; and the written reflections you send us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
2. How We Use Your Information
To respond to you, to prepare for and conduct our sessions, to send resources you've requested, and to schedule appointments. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
3. Legal Bases
We process your information based on your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), to perform services you have requested, and to comply with our legal obligations.
4. Service Providers
We use a limited number of trusted service providers to operate this site and deliver messages you request — for example, email delivery and secure hosting. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
5. How We Store & Protect Your Information
Session notes are kept in access-restricted, password-protected files. Email communications are retained only as long as needed to support our work together and are deleted on request. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Retention
We keep contact and session information for as long as needed to provide services and to comply with tax, legal, or record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
7. Your Rights
You may request at any time to know what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email mrsstephens926@gmail.com. Residents of certain U.S. states (including California and Georgia) may have additional rights under applicable law and may exercise them through the same email.
8. Cookies & Analytics
The site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to function. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are ever added, this policy will be updated first.
9. Children
This site and its services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
10. A Note on HIPAA
This is coaching and reflective mentorship, not licensed medical or mental-health care, so HIPAA does not formally apply. Even so, the confidentiality standard held in this room is intentionally strict — closer to what you'd expect from a clinical setting than a coaching one.
11. Governing Law, Arbitration & Venue
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy — including any question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, or breach — shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by a single neutral arbitrator under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
The arbitration shall be seated in Henry County, Georgia, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction located in Henry County, Georgia. To the extent any matter is not subject to arbitration, you and we consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Henry County, Georgia. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
13. Contact
