The victim identity and the feminine
There is a real wound and there is the identity built around it. Femininity requires letting one heal without abandoning the other.
Toxic femininity sometimes lives in the sentence look what he did to me — repeated for so long that it becomes the whole autobiography.
The wound is real. Nobody in this work will ever ask you to minimize it. But the wound is not you. And when it becomes your primary identity, it will keep you rehearsing the story instead of building the life on the other side of it.
Feminine energy requires agency. Not blame, not toxic positivity, not getting over it — just the quiet acknowledgment that what happened to you and what you do next are on separate ledgers.
You can honor the wound and still refuse to let it write the rest of the book.
