How does that affect relationships?
The pattern you deny in yourself, you re-create in your partner. Every relationship is a mirror you were handed and told to smile into.
Whatever you refuse to see in yourself will show up standing across from you, wearing someone else's face. That is not spiritual mysticism. That is pattern recognition.
If you have not made peace with your own anger, you will keep partnering with people who let you feel righteous. If you have not made peace with your need, you will keep partnering with people who let you feel independent. The relationship is doing what the psyche asked it to do.
This is why the same fight keeps happening with different people. The costume changes. The choreography is yours.
The relief is that once you see the pattern, you can stop casting for it. You do not have to keep auditioning men to play the role of the parent who failed you.
Feminine energy in a relationship is not about being softer with him. It is about being honest with you.
