How to become a high value woman (a strategist's definition)
The internet sells 'high value woman' as a set of rules for attracting men. It is actually a description of a woman whose standards match her self-knowledge.
The phrase high value woman has been thoroughly ruined. In most of what you will read, it means a woman who is desirable to a particular kind of man — which makes her value a rating issued by someone else. That is the opposite of value. That is availability with better marketing.
Here is the working definition I use: a high value woman is a woman whose standards are an accurate expression of her self-knowledge. She knows what she needs, she can say it in one sentence, and she does not renegotiate it when someone is disappointed.
Notice that none of that is about being chosen. It is about being decided. Most women who feel low-value are not lacking qualities — they are lacking a position. They will do almost anything, tolerate almost anything, become almost anyone, because they never wrote down what they are actually for.
The practical path is unglamorous. Write your three non-negotiables. Not fifteen — three. Then look at your calendar and your relationships and find every place you are currently violating one of them. That gap is your entire curriculum. Close it and the 'value' takes care of itself.
The second half is capacity. A woman who cannot be alone will negotiate. A woman with no money of her own will negotiate. A woman with no friends who will tell her the truth will negotiate. Build those three and your standards stop being aspirational and start being enforceable.
And the tell that you have arrived is quiet: you stop performing the list. You are not proving you are high value; you are simply expensive to access, easy to be around, and unbothered by whoever finds that inconvenient.
