Forget going from a 4 to a 9. What would take you from a 4 to a 5 this month? That is the whole answer.
Women want dramatic transformations. Feminine energy does not respond to dramatic. It responds to incremental.
Ask a smaller question. What would take me from a 4 to a 5? Usually it is boring. Sleep by 11. Say no to one specific person. Twenty minutes outside without a phone. Eat lunch sitting down.
One number up is a real assignment. Ten numbers up is a fantasy that guarantees no assignment at all.
String twelve small assignments together across a year and you have moved from a 4 to a 7 without ever making it feel like reinvention. That is how reinvention actually happens.
