The very traits that made you successful are the ones that quietly evicted your softness.
High-achieving women lose access to femininity earliest because the reward loop for masculine traits is instant. Discipline gets promoted. Softness gets overlooked. So you doubled down on what paid.
Then you built a life around that version of you — the schedule, the identity, the friends, the partner — and now you are trying to reintroduce something the whole system was designed to exclude.
