Life coach versus strategist: what is the difference?
A coach helps you feel better about your life. A strategist helps you redesign it. You need to know which one you're paying for.
A life coach holds space. A strategist holds a map. Both are useful. They are not the same job.
Coaching, at its best, is the work of feeling — sitting with what is true, being witnessed, releasing what you have been carrying. It is essential, and it is not enough on its own.
Strategy is the work of building. It is naming the pattern, drawing the plan, sequencing the decisions, and holding you accountable to the version of your life the coaching helped you imagine.
As a Feminine Reinvention Strategist, my work sits at that seam. We name what you have outgrown, we grieve it briefly, and then we architect what comes next — the relationship terms, the schedule, the identity, the boundaries, the receiving practice.
If your last three coaches left you feeling seen but no less stuck, you did not need more space. You needed a strategy. That is the difference.
